Designated Number Plan - Residential & Business Customers

Designated Number Plan
Description: This option provides for one-way originating calling to a designated telephone number within the LATA. Customers
subscribing to this option will be billed at the rates listed below. The designated number will be provided where capabilities exist.
An additional access line may be added under the designated number plan for a service charge and monthly charge as listed below.
However, the addition of an additional access line does not increase the number of minutes(ie, 300) available under the plan. Any
minutes of use beyond 300 minutes will be billed at the rate per minute listed below whether there is a single or multiple access
lines in use under the plan.

**These filtering systems are only used in venues in which alarm systems are in operation. Or, on rare occasions when the
normal DSL filters will not work with your existing equipment.
Upon termination of service, there will be a $100.00 charge for any DSL moden that is physically
damaged or not returned to Rice Belt Telephone Company. |
